MO TAB!

It isn't Christmas without a little Mormon Tabernacle Choir.

Tubing in Park City

Another tradition that seems to be starting is tubing every winter in Park City. This is no ordinary tubing experience; you have a rope that pulls you up a hill then you go down a steep slope with various bumps and hills. You fly down the hill occassionally catching air. We went with my family and it was freezing but yet still a blast!

Christmas #2

-2007-
Our First Christmas Together

My nephews, or I guess OUR nephews, LOVE Pat. He always comes up with fun and creative things to do with them. This time they created paper airplanes and flew them for hours.

We went to my sister's house in Syracuse, UT and we had a lot of fun playing all sorts of holidays games. For this game we had to pop balloons that were tied to our ankles. I lost right away. Pat almost won, but of course my nephew took the title.

Just the beginning of the never ending Christmas for my nephews

Of course my brother in law had to give the same gift to my sister as I did!!!

We had a white Christmas, which is always fun if you get to stay inside. As for the Pat, Jordan, and Luke they spent some time outside shoveling the sidewalks and drive way

Another Christmas activity that is becoming tradition among the original"Storm" family is the never ending present opening game. The point of the game is to get to the prize underneath layer and layer of wrapping paper. But the only problem is you have to role doubles on the dice to get the present, THEN you have to put on winter gear including mittens and try to unwrap the gift.

Grandpa Marv reading the "Christmas Story" to his two grandsons. It was hard to have them still still among all the excitement of Christmas; but i think he got through at least a few verses.

Tyler's Birthday

Tyler's Birthday is December 11th. We had a family dinner to celebrate.

We got him some framed pictures of him and his nephews...

...and a down jacket.

And of course Chef Jordan made and AMAZING steak, pork chop, potato, bacon dinner.

And Baker Jodi made a beautiful cake with frosting on the side.

Pat and Mike

Who would have thought that Pat was Michael McLean's biggest fan! Not me, but it is true! For an early Christmas Present I got us tickets to the Forgotten Carols.

Early Christmas with the Koellings

Pat's family came up early to share Christmas with us. Even though we did not get to see them as much as we wanted, due to finals, the time we did spend was well worth them coming.

We want David to move up to Provo so we got him a suitcase to pack his things...

.....and credit for a plane ticket to Salt Lake City.

We gave Pat's mom some framed pictures from our wedding.

Pat's dad got some Temple Clothes

The highlight of Christmas for Pat was this "Hair Ball" that he has been wanting for months

Pat totally surprised me with this picture of Christ that I love and UGG BOOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
