ONE YEAR!!!!

Can you believe that we have been married a year already!? It has just flown by and has been the best year of our lives. People always say the first year is the hardest; if that is the case we have an amazing marriage ahead of us.

For our first year anniversary we used a wedding gift my best friend, Meghan, gave us. She gave us The Melting Pot gift certificate, Hale Theater tickets, and a night stay at The Hotel Monaco. We didn't want to use all of it so we just spent the weekend away in Salt Lake at the Hotel Monaco. It was amazing!!!!!! Thank you MEGHAN!

The following day we went to the Salt Lake Temple and did some sealings in memory of our own sealing. And you will NEVER guess what happened! The man who sealed us a year prior was performing the sealings for us AGAIN! Isn't crazy!? It was a sign from above.

Storm Girls Weekend

This past weekend the Storm girls came together, here in Utah, for Womens Conference. Unfortunately, I was unable to go, due to work; but every night was a blast as we went out to dinner and spent the evening with each other. I am lucky to have such great women in my life.

Lindsay's 25th Birthday!

On April 25th was my 25th birthday, I believe they call it your "golden birthday." This year my birthday was so much fun (usually it falls during finals). With all the calls from family and friends, I felt welled loved.

For my birthday present I got a new computer! A classy MacBook Pro.

Then for my birthday date we went to California Pizza Kitchen, of course. I tired this new curry chicken pizza and it was to DIE for. Then we went to "Color Me Mine." I LOVE this place and had been wanting to go forever. It is a store where you paint premade pottery. They fire it for you and everything, all you have to do it glaze it.

Paint painted a Stein, an ode to his motorcycle, his new found love.

I painted a set of coasters.

Color me mine took about 2 1/2 hours! Pat was very thorough on his paint job. It was great night. Thank you Pat!!!

Starving Students

Finals really hit us hard...in a lot of ways. The end of the school year was a little crazy. Just to give you a good idea of how busy it was. Here is a look at our fridge. It was pretty sad.
