This past weekend we gave Montee his first bath. The breeder said he didn't mind the water, but I was so shocked when I saw how easily he took to being in a tub FULL of water. Actually, as I was filling up the tub he came and started drinking the water, then jumped in all by himself.
I think he really liked being in there because the water was so warm and he loves being warm because he is always so cold without any fur.
I am so glad that Montee likes his baths, because I have heard and read a lot of horror stories about sphynx owners and trying to give their cats a bath. Since we have to bathe Montee once a week, the fact that he actually enjoys them is going to make everyones lives much happier.

Man that is cute! My cat has always loved the tie around the milk lid! He comes running when I take one off. (Watch out for curly ribbon...cats are known to keep swallowing it. I can't leave any out)
ReplyDeleteI'm glad he likes to take a bath and he's working out so well in your home! Ya know, we have a wind-up beaver bath toy too for our 2 year old. We named it "Justin Beaver."
