Our Sick Little Buddy
About a week ago Frido, our ferret, started acting really funny. He wasn't his normal self. He slept all the time, wouldn't wake up when we got home and wouldn't play. It got so extreme that a few days later, Pat couldn't take it anymore and took him to the Vet. Of course at the vet, Frido was acting fine. They just assumed he had a bacteria and told us to give him some medicine twice a day. Up until yesterday he wasnt eating either. He lost some ounces.

You know how much I love frito, but I am sorry that he wasn't feeling well. I am even more sorry that you have a vet bill. Maybe he was just playing sick. He is smart enough to know that playing sick is all he needs to get exactly what he wants. Seriously, all he has to do is sleep a little more and lose an ounce or two and he will get all the attention he wants.
