As many of you know I graduated this past December. You would think that graduating college would be a exciting event as you are able to move forward in life into a career that you love. However, for me, this is not the case. Don't get me wrong, graduating college is good thing. However, the major I chose (Art Education) is not the field I want to go into as this point in my life, so that leaves me where I currently stand—trying to find a job.
For the past month, I have been in search of a job. Due to the specific nature of my degree there are very limited jobs in which I am qualified for, which makes it hard to find a job that pays more than 8 dollars an hour.
However, not all is lost:
I work part-time right now at the company I used to work for as a graphic designer.
Pat found part-time work at a company called iTV doing advertising and design, which I can help with.
We have enough savings to get us through the hard times. I better just live it up with all the free time and zero responsibility I have right now.
We are happy and healthy and that is all the matters!
