This past weekend Pat's mom, Valerie, came into town. It was a relaxing weekend, full of eating out, naps, shopping and movies. We are glad she was finally able to come into town, as she had to cancel her flight two times before (once when we went to NYC and the other after our flood), it was well worth the wait.
One of Valerie's "must dos" was going to IN-N-OUT. It recently opened up in Orem. Although I am not a huge fan of IN-N-OUT it was fun to see the crazy that is still occurring after a week of being open.

Chris and Annie joined us for lunch. Valerie, being the sweet person she is, brought them a baby gift.
Chris recently shaved his hands. It looked like he was wearing a long-sleeve shirt! hahahha
Valerie brought some old pictures from home. We had fun looking at them and seeing her as a little girl. Here are just some of the highlights.
My ALL TIME FAVORITE PICTURE!!!! It cracks me up to see Pat's parents my age. This was Valerie and Bill at a Square Dancing Competition. This was a letter Valerie wrote to her mother on Valentines day.
