It has been a while since we have been able to visit with both Bill and Valerie, my parents-in-law, at the same time. Valerie has been able to visit us in New York, just a few months back, but Bill hasn't been able to make a similar journey just yet.
It was great to be able to spend so much time with them when we went back to Colorado. On our last evening together, Valerie was so nice to take us out to her favorite restaurant in her area called "White Fence Farm." It was a cute family-style restaurant that has a classy farm feel to it. Hard to explain but it was great, especially the cornfritters!
