The only thing that Pat wanted to do while we were in Colorado was see his dog Scout. Pat rescued his dog from the pound when Pat was in high school. He planned on taking him to college with him, but it just didn't work out, so his parents are lucky enough to take him until we can have a dog of our own. Scout is pretty old now, but we hope he holds on long enough for us to have him live with us for a while.
So with Scout added to the mix, the Koellings have a total of three dogs. THREE DOGS! That is a lot of dogs. And the crazy thing is, the family that let us stay with them while we were in Colorado, the Roedel's/Rodeback's (I like to call them Pat's second family), have three dogs too! I mean, what are the chances of getting two families together that both have three dogs?!
So, on Sunday afternoon we took the dogs for a walk. It was hilarious and a sight to be seen, especially since all the dogs were really excited to be outside.

Too cute!!!! Just being in a wide open space with family and pets seems magical! Ah, I miss non-city life.
ReplyDeleteCan you ask Patty if I can have her hair? Thanks.
