Today Pat and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary. It is weird because in so many ways I feel like we just got married, but then again I feel like we have been together forever. The past two years have been the best of my life, where everyday gets better. I love Patrick more than ever and I am so excited to experience all that life has to offer with him by my side.We began the night by getting lost trying to find a sushi restaurant in SoHo.
It was a quaint restaurant where you could make your own sushi roll. They gave you all the ingredients and supplies and you could make it any way you wanted. It is a cute idea, but was a little too much work for me; I hate making my own food and love being served. But it was fun to do something different.
Surprisingly, Pat is really good at making sushi. Me on the other hand, struggled.Pat's 101 on how to make sushi.
After we filled up on raw fish, we headed to Times Square and enjoyed the shops and people—what New York City is all about.
