So here are the questions:
1. Are they too trendy?
2. Can you even tell what the third silhouettes is of?
3. If you came over to our apartment and saw these 3 lined up on the wall would you a) Think I was being serious? b) Think we were weird? c) Never come back over?
I don't know if I am going to do it...I am leaning toward "Nea" but I thought I would throw it out there to see what you thought.
So Pat just told me he is against this. And he said I look like an old woman with my bun. I guess I will change it to a pony tail, if i am going to get him to let me put it up.
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing the third one is a beaver? Do you guys have a pet beaver? :)
ReplyDeleteIs that the late great frito on the bottom and I think it's great but I agree with Pat it makes you look American Gothic like.
ReplyDeleteYea! Definitely! Love the cute little family and love Frito. haha
ReplyDeletePersonally, I like it A LOT. And I like your bun. I mean, it's you, but it's also typical of that time period, which I love. And I LOVE Frido!!!!! Anyone who comes to your house will know it is him. DO IT.
ReplyDeleteAHAHAHA! I absolutely love the ferret. oh my gosh. that is amazing. keep it forever.
ReplyDeleteI love that you did a silhouette if Frido!! That is awesome! I'm so glad someone else considers their pet a part of the family and not just a pet. I think what makes this so awesome is that you have one of Frido! Absolutely adorable!
ReplyDeleteHahahahahaha!!! That is awesome. If I saw it in your house I would laugh. I meant that in a good way. It's cute and funny! I think you should do it. Sorry Pat!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh. We say yes. We say you have to.
ReplyDeleteI'm generally not for the sillhouette thing, but I'm for anything that makes me laugh. This kinda pokes fun at it, and I can get behind that.
ReplyDeleteI love it! For the past few months I've been thinking to do it for my family but never had time. Now I WILL DO IT! IT'S AWESOME!
ReplyDeleteI love it, it looks like Joseph, Emma and Ferret Smith. :)
ReplyDeleteJust wanted to let you know that "Ferret Smith" is an idiom in our family already. Thank you Jerilyn (as soon as I read this I told my husband:"That's my companion! I miss her so much!")
ReplyDeleteThank you Lindsay! I was proud to be your companion too. Love you both.
Hello. I just stumbled across your site and I am loving your posts. Your apartment is beautiful. As for the silhouettes...I had this same idea! My husband and I have two cats and I thought it would be cute/funny to make silhouettes of the four of us. I say go for it. :) I found four little matching saucers and I think I'm going to make the silhouettes in the center of those.
